What Was 2023 Like for Our New York Art Installers? Key Highlights

As a team of professional New York art installers, Fine Art Shippers participated in many exciting events this year. We enjoyed many new partnerships with artists and art dealers, got acquainted with dedicated art collectors, and joined many promising and ambitious art projects. So, what was 2023 like for us? And what can we proudly recollect at the threshold of the new year?

What Was 2023 Like for Our New York Art Installers? Key Highlights

At the beginning of the year, Mitchell Schorr painted our new 16ft truck in his signature “Da Race” style, giving our fleet a distinct artistic look and feel. Our company also supported the publication and release of Alek D. Epstein and Sofia Birina’s book telling the story of Israeli art collectors, Kenda and Jacob Bar-Gera. In February, we participated in The Palm Beach Show as both art appreciators and art logistics service providers. May of 2023 was distinguished by VOLTA New York, a prestigious art fair where we helped participants with art deliveries.

Our professional expertise has significantly grown this year, with several exclusive shipping projects completed on demand. Some of the most memorable include our collaboration with Doyle, one of the largest auction houses in the US, and the delivery of a large, multi-million-dollar sculpture from New York to California. Since November, we’ve been actively supporting the Israeli art foundations and groups, such as Israel’s Art at Dawn, working to finance Israel’s struggle against Hamas terrorists and help the Israeli nation recover after an unthinkable attack. Fine Art Shippers was also honored to become a Corporate Partner of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

The final serious project we were happy to participate in 2023 was Miami Art Week. The Fine Art Shippers team was present at the Miami art fairs to help partnering artists, galleries, and art collectors with artwork delivery, packaging, and installation. December was also marked by a new page in our service coverage story, as we’re launching a new storage facility in Manhattan, opening soon to give our clients the best storage terms and conditions.

What’s Ahead for Our Business in 2024?

With these achievements in mind, our team of New York art installers enters the 2024 business year with many plans and expansion ambitions. We’re ready to serve our clients with an unending commitment to excellence, quality of service at the heart of all operations, and a customer-oriented approach to handling every order. See you in the new year!
