How to prepare my appliances for a move?

At Fine Art Shippers, we will take care of all the packing and wrapping for you, but you can still do some preparatory work to make the process more effective. When packing home appliances, refer to the manual. Clean the stove inside and out and remove or securely fasten the racks. Empty the dishwasher units, remove and pack the utensil holders and racks separately. Unplug your appliances and secure them with packing tape. Pack unbreakable, light items in empty caverns, such as the oven or refrigerator. Tape and secure all doors, extra nuts, screws, and cords before moving.
