The Original Miami Beach Antique Show 2021 Has Been Canceled

The Original Miami Beach Antique Show

Art Wynwood and Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary are, unfortunately, not the only South Florida art fairs that have been canceled this year. COVID-19 continues to make adjustments to both our plans for the future and the reality around us. The next on the list of canceled events 2021 is the Original Miami Beach Antique Show, one of the best international art fairs dedicated to all sorts of antiques, from jewelry and luxury watches to furniture and fine art. The show had to take place at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, FL on March 12-16, but we will be able to visit it only next year, on January 20-23.

The Original Miami Beach Antique Show

The Original Miami Beach Antique Show (OMBAS) has long been a must-visit event for all lovers of antique furniture, clocks, jewelry, fine and decorative art, hand-woven carpets and rugs, glassware, handicrafts, and all other antiques. Featuring over 700 recognized dealers from around the world, it is indeed a highly anticipated fair that is always filled with art, creativity, and masterpieces of the past.

At Fine Art Shippers, we always attend OMBAS and work with many dealers exhibiting their collections at the show, including the amazing Sebastian Deya Gallery known for its fabulous selection of high-end European art and Old Masters. We provide art logistics, art packing, booth set-up, and art installation services, doing our best to make the show go as smoothly and successfully as possible.

Unfortunately, this year’s edition of the Original Miami Beach Antique Show has been canceled due to the ongoing impact of the devastating coronavirus pandemic, including certain limitations on travel and government restrictions. However, it has already been announced that the show will return in 2022, so, hopefully, we all will have an opportunity to visit it next year. Stay safe and healthy!
