Classic Modern and Contemporary Art at art KARLSRUHE

There are many important modern and contemporary art fairs held in Germany. At Fine Art Shippers, we know that like no other because thanks to our partner office in Berlin, we have the pleasure of working with many German artists, galleries, and collectors, and attend various art events happening throughout the country. In this blog post, we want to draw your attention to one of the most interesting art fairs in Germany, art KARLSRUHE, which will open its doors to art aficionados tomorrow, February 13.

Classic Modern and Contemporary Art at art KARLSRUHE

art KARLSRUHE is an international art fair that is held annually in Karlsruhe, the second-largest city of the German state of Baden-Wurttemberg. Since its very foundation in 2004, the fair has been standing for the highest level of quality and a wide variety of art that can be enjoyed in a light-filled ambiance. However, what makes art KARLSRUHE stand out from other similar art exhibitions and shows is its unique arrangement of gallery booths, which, together with One-Artist-Shows and spacious Sculpture Areas, creates a very special atmosphere.

art KARLSRUHE is focused on classic modern and contemporary art spanning more than 100 years of art history. Each of the four halls of the exhibition has a certain focal point to make it easier for the visitors to find their desired artwork. Thus, the first hall is dedicated to graphic prints and original editions, the second hall features works by modern classic (after 1945) and contemporary artists, the third hall houses contemporary and classic modern art, and the fourth hall is dedicated to the 21st-century art. Such a coherent curatorial concept has made art KARLSRUHE one of the most anticipated and popular art fairs in Germany.

art KARLSRUHE 2020 will be held on February 13-16 at Messe Karlsruhe in Karlsruhe, Germany.
