Taimeless: The Opening of a New Art Gallery in Taormina, Sicily
Taimeless is a new art gallery that is sure to become a must-visit destination for art enthusiasts and collectors. It will be located at 220 Corso Umberto, one of the most important historical buildings in Taormina. The gallery’s founders, Francesco Chinnici, Antonio D’Aveni, and Stefano Sciacca, have extensive experience in curating exquisite collections of art by some of the world’s most renowned artists. Francesco Chinnici also previously organized a successful global art initiative called “Timeless Immortal Art.” In 2021, this unique group art project turned the small Sicilian town of Merì into a full-blown open-air museum.
The inauguration ceremony, curated by Soccorso Parisi, will be attended by important contemporary artists, including Zhu Wei, Michel Anthony, and Lorenzo Chinnici. The event will also feature an unveiling of a €4 million-worth jewelry piece designed by the Italian jeweler Francesco Bertè. The presentation will be carried out by the scientist Salvatore Magazù. Among the esteemed guests of the vernissage will also be the designer Frank Gold, who will present his “Melanie,” an amazing work of art made from Martian stone.
Taimeless will showcase works of art in various media, from painting and drawing to sculpture and installation. The gallery will also feature an exclusive area for jewelry and accessories created by both emerging and established international designers. It will offer targeted artistic advice to art collectors as well.
In theme with its name, the gallery’s mission is to give time, a luxury that all people can afford regardless of their status, to its visitors and provide them with an experience they will never want to forget.
Fine Art Shippers wishes Taimeless and its founders success and prosperity and looks forward to their future projects.
