Meet Sandy Cohen

Sandy Cohen is an Israel-born artist who was raised in New York. She is a self-taught creative genius who became the only child accepted to adult art programs at New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Cohen became the student of the famous pop artist Peter Max and was quickly recognized in the American and international art scenes. A neurological disorder struck Sandy Cohen shortly after her rise to the heights of artistic recognition, leaving her wheelchair-ridden for almost two decades. However, the artist covered a long path to recovery and re-emerged in the art scene in 2017.

Cohen’s unique visual language, non-trivial themes, and ability to evoke raw emotions have won her broad international acclaim. Many of her works have landed in private collections in all parts of the world, and some are held by the Royal Families of Morocco and Qatar.

Art enthusiasts, collectors, and professionals appreciate Cohen’s art for its authentic style and messages. Her unusual approach to common images has created a strong association of her brand with high-end luxury art and collectibles.
