This year, our dedicated team of international art shippers had a fantastic chance to visit the renowned Art Basel show in Basel, Switzerland. Not only did we deliver a collection of art for Galleria ZERO, but we also visited so many other art galleries and museums participating in this important event. It was an amazing experience for us and an ideal opportunity for Fine Art Shippers to establish new contacts with art business professionals from around the world. After all, being international art shippers means expanding our services and building new relationships with gallerists, artists, auction houses, dealers, and art logistics companies operating worldwide. In this blog post, we want to tell you about Lévy Gorvy, a superb art gallery we were lucky to visit at Art Basel last month!
Lévy Gorvy Gallery
Lévy Gorvy Gallery is a new art gallery, which was founded in 2017 by Dominique Lévy, one of the world’s most respected gallerists, and Brett Gorvy, the former Chairman and International Head of Post War and Contemporary Art at Christie’s. For today, it already has two beautiful spaces in London and New York, and also a representative office in Shanghai. Lévy Gorvy Gallery is largely focused on the secondary market of postwar, modern, and contemporary art by such prominent artists as Pablo Picasso, Alberto Giacometti, Willem de Kooning, Alexander Calder, and Pierre Soulages.
Lévy Gorvy Gallery is indeed a must-visit place for all connoisseurs of modern and contemporary art, and our team of international art shippers highly recommends it to everyone!
