Fall 2026 is shaping up as one of the busiest seasons in Iryna Fedorenko’s programming, with several notable art events taking place in Munich and beyond. In just a few weeks, the artist known internationally as SEMIRA has presented an international group exhibition, participated in a creative collaboration involving Lamborghini and fashion, and joined a regional exhibition in Pfaffenhofen. She is also preparing for her upcoming solo exhibition, which opens in Munich on October 24.
VERY CONTEMPORARY: One of the Season’s Key Art Events
One of October’s highlights was VERY CONTEMPORARY, an international group exhibition at Graf Rumford in Munich. Presented as part of the International Festival of Contemporary Art TRACE, founded by SEMIRA, the show invited visitors to consider what it means to be contemporary today. Rather than offering a definitive answer, it brought together diverse artistic voices and approaches. The October 7 opening attracted numerous guests, with artist meet-ups, conversations, and a DJ set creating a lively atmosphere.

Following the exhibition, the organizers announced plans to continue the project at a new venue, opening the door to further artistic dialogue and new audiences.
Art Meets Fashion: Iryna Fedorenko’s Creative Collaboration
Beyond the gallery space, SEMIRA has also explored the intersection of art, fashion, and automotive design through a collaboration involving Lamborghini and fashion events in Munich. Taking on the roles of both artist and model, she became part of the visual narrative herself. The project reflects an approach to contemporary art that extends beyond paintings on walls to embrace performance, personal expression, and live experiences.

SEMIRA at Pfaffenhofener Bildermarkt
Iryna Fedorenko is also participating in Pfaffenhofener Bildermarkt 2026, held at Städtische Galerie im Haus der Begegnung in Pfaffenhofen. The exhibition runs from October 10 to November 15, 2026, bringing together works by established and emerging artists. For SEMIRA, participation in regional German exhibitions complements her international projects and connects her work with new audiences.
Upcoming Solo Exhibition: LIGHT AND DARK
Another important date on the artist’s fall calendar is the opening of her solo exhibition, LIGHT AND DARK, at Campus Hub München on October 24. Running through November 14, the show explores the duality of human nature. Light and darkness, vulnerability and strength, and the contrasts within human experience form the conceptual foundation of this new body of work.
