The Palm Beach Show is one of the US leading annual fairs in fine art, antiques, and design, which brings creatives from all over the world each year. For us, attending this amazing show is an opportunity not only to work with reputable artists, galleries, and collectors as onsite shippers but also to view some of the best works of contemporary art in person. This year’s show is no different: Fine Art Shippers got to meet the outstanding European mixed media artist and designer Diana Dorozhkina at the Palm Beach Show 2024.
Diana Dorozhkina’s Sculpture Was Presented at The Palm Beach Show 2024
Diana Dorozhkina was born in Belarus in a military family and spent a lot of her youth traveling. She has always been interested in creative expression, be it choreography, fashion design, or visual arts. Diana is one of the most multifaceted people you will ever meet: throughout her career, she has designed numerous clothing and accessory collections and shown them all over the world, appeared on the covers of magazines, studied at prestigious fine arts institutions, and, last but certainly not least, created many inspired paintings and sculptures.
You can see Diana Dorozhkina’s background as a fashion designer in her artwork. She masterfully applies her knowledge of proportion, pattern making, and color, using natural materials to create unique textured pieces. As someone who believes in reincarnation and is highly sensitive to the auras of everyone and everything around her, Diana seeks to capture the energy of her subjects rather than their physical form. Many of her dynamic three-dimensional paintings and collages portray energy centers with colorful beams and specks coming out of them.
At The Palm Beach Show 2024, Diana Dorozhkina’s “Levitation” sculpture is displayed at Booth 132/233 presented by the Palm Beach Art, Antique & Design Showroom. “Levitation” is part of her signature mixed media sculpture series. Diana decorates her mannequins with natural and man-made materials, creating unique designs reminiscent of futuristic warrior armor.
Fine Art Shippers is incredibly happy to have met Diana Dorozhkina. Her artwork is unlike anything we have ever seen before at The Palm Beach Show, and we urge you to check it out before the event ends. We wish Diana a great rest with the show and good luck with her ambitious projects. Once again, the artist’s outstanding piece is on view at Booth 132/233.
