Artadia 20th Anniversary Benefit Party and Silent Auction

Fine Art Shippers is pleased to share the amazing news that Artadia will celebrate its 20th anniversary by hosting a special Benefit Party and Silent Auction that will be held at Phillips auction house on April 29, 2019. The evening will include a silent art auction featuring Artadia Awardees, music by Chances With Wolves, festive drinks, and hors d’oeuvres.

Artadia is a non-profit organization that encourages innovative artistic practice in NYC and across the country by identifying the most talented visual artists, providing them with professional development and career opportunities, and supporting them with financial awards. Artadia was founded in 1999 and has already awarded more than $5 million in merit-based grants to over 325 artists in New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, and Atlanta. This year, the organization celebrates its 20th anniversary with a festive evening and silent art auction of approximately 45 items by Artadia Awardees.

Artadia Silent Auction will be held during Frieze New York week, on April 29. As it has been already said, the art auction will feature artworks by Artadia Awardees, the most visionary artists selected by renowned national and international curators. These include works by Rebeca Bollinger, Sadie Barnette, Joe Havel, Delilah Montoya, Enrique Chagoya, Angelina Gualdoni, Catherine Wagner, and many other talented artists working in different media. All proceeds from the art auction will be going to support Artadia Awards program.
